Well, the push is on! The date has been selected and the ‘”Evite” and invitations sent to my friends and family for the FIRST Redeemed Vintage Show and Sell Event. Printed on a really simple card stock. I put the message below:

I want you to know that you are personally invited to my FIRST Redeemed Vintage Furniture and Accessories offering to my friends and family (and your friends and family). I have been collecting interesting vintage furniture and accessories over the last several months; repairing, cleaning, painting, upholstering, and transforming each piece into a beautiful and functional treasure for you and your home. All finds are being offered at a fraction of their original retail value. Payment options of cash or check accepted. Because this show will be in my home, it is not being offered to the general public and is by invitation only….I would love for you to come and bring your friends and family. Hope you can pop in December 10, between 10 and 4. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or 847.567.3364.
If you live in the area and would like to come, let me know. I am having my girlfriend, Robbyn, who is a professional photographer, is coming Friday to take some photo’s after we stage for the sale. I will be posting them Friday.
In addition to working on items for the show which is taking place in my “showroom” also know as our finished basement, I have also been decorating our living space for Christmas.

These doors came from a mansion in Glencoe, IL, that had all the doors replaced. Glencoe is a beautiful north shore community. They are 8 feet tall and 50 inches wide and fit perfectly on a blank wall in my family room.
Beginning to feel festive here at home. I try to add some outside shots later this week. Watch for photos for the show coming Friday.
