This is a listing for one (1) beautifully transferred Boot’s Cold Cream Advertising Pot w/Base. Nice dark transfer, overall clean with two small chips on the base, one small on lip and one small at the base, which does not show when displaying. The pot pictured is the exact pot you will receive.
This ancient pot was curated during my travels to England’s Famous Antique Markets while visiting my daughter and her family in London. This particular pattern is dated late 1800’s to early 1900’s. Please consider the images as the best part of my description.
Most pots have some level of crazing, may have spots of discoloration, light hairline cracks and minor chips and fleabites that should be considered patina, additions to character and do not detract from its display value. These are expected due to age, use and let’s not forget they were often buried for decades before being dug up and rescued.
