Measuring approximately 3 ½” tall x 2 ¾” diameter
This listing is for one (1) Antique English Advertising Heavy Weight Blank White Pot with new “8 ounce” lettering applied selected from my current inventory. This would have been a small sized marmalade pot most likely with a paper label applied that has disintegrated in the dumpsite. Dates to the 1880’s and was dug from the last Victorian Era dumpsite in London just this past year. Manufactured at the Maling pottery plant. Most pots have Grey Portabella average 8 ounce incised in the base. These antique pots look darling with Q-tips, appetizer spoons and forks, packets of sugar or cream. Darling used individually or displayed with your other Advertising Pots. Amazing pots to add to your Antique Advertising Pot Collection!
Most pots have some level of crazing, may have spots of discoloration, light hairline cracks and minor chips and fleabites that only add to its character and do not detract from its display value. These are expected due to age, use and let’s not forget they were often buried for decades before being dug up and rescued.
I offer substantial savings in shipping costs when multiple items are combined into one package. I will credit any overpayment of postage charged to you after finding the best shipping option.
