This is a listing for ONE (1) Antique Broody Chicken/Hen Egg.  I will select one ancient ironstone egg from my current inventory.   As you can see,  this group of eggs in photo are cleaner with lighter age related staining and crazing than others as it depends on what the egg was buried near for more than 100 years.  Most every egg has a visible hole which varies from egg to egg and was part of the process of making these rare eggs.     Dated from the late 1800’s, used to encourage hens to produce more eggs.  You will receive one (1) of the eggs pictured from my remaining inventory.  Each egg has its own charming characteristics, minor sizing differences, little cracks,  spots of discoloration, chips and crazing should be expected on these ancient pieces.

These eggs have obvious signs of age, crazing, chips and discoloration.  These quirks are what make them so special and Collectable.  If you have a preference (more age related marks, darker etc…) please let me know in the comments at checkout.  I will do my best!
