Offering one rare Frances Taylor & Sons shallow advertising dish. Frances Taylor & Son’s was an English pottery manufacturer based in Scarborough, where they distributed a variety of consumables and medicinal items.

This seldom scene pot is in very good condition with no cracks or chips, with a scattering of small age markings.  Please view the images of your best description of this piece.

Approximate measures: 1 3/4” tall x 3 1/2” diameter base

Most pots have some level of crazing, may have spots of discoloration, light hairline cracks and minor chips and fleabites that should be considered additions to character and do not detract from its display value.  These are expected due to age, use and let’s not forget they were often buried for decades before being dug up and rescued.
