This is a listing for one (1) J. Sainsbury’s Bloater Paste Ironstone Crock dated between 1880 and 1920’s. This pot is in great condition and has beautiful overall crazing giving it a perfect patina. I will select one pot from my current inventory that this image is a good representation of.
Beautiful graphics on this little pot, a perfect start or great addition to your Antique English Advertising Pot collection.

Most pots have some level of crazing, may have spots of discoloration, light hairline cracks and minor chips and fleabites that should be considered patina, additions to character and do not detract from its display value. These are expected due to age, use and let’s not forget they were often buried for decades before being dug up and rescued.
