Charming antique British blue-glazed stoneware bottle, originally made as a utilitarian container for furniture or floor polish jar, early 20th-century English pottery.

The bottle has a beautifully simple hand-finished appearance, It is covered in a lovely cornflower blue glaze.

Blue-glazed stoneware containers of this type were used by British furniture and floor-polish manufacturers during the early 20th century. The Ronuk company is particularly associated with collectible blue stoneware polish containers, although there is no
stamping on this piece.
